The visa question is the first one parents ask and the last one Applicants stop worrying about. Here is the whole answer for Ezy Mandarin Study Programs, in plain terms: which visa, how long, what it permits, and who does the paperwork.

It follows the Study Program, not the Applicant

You do not choose your visa off a menu. The visa follows the length of the Study Program you start:

  • One-year Study Program → X1 student visa. Issued for 360 days, multiple entry. The multiple entry is what lets you travel outside China between terms and return without starting the paperwork again.
  • One-semester Study Program → X2 student visa. Issued for 120 days, single entry. Shorter program, simpler visa.

What each entry permission means in real life

Multiple entry sounds technical until the winter break. An X1 holder can cross to Hong Kong for a weekend or fly home for the holidays and walk back in. An X2 holder plans one arrival and stays the semester. Neither is better — they are sized to different years.

Who handles the paperwork

Your Application’s processing Workflow Step exists for this. We prepare the enrollment paperwork the visa application needs; you supply the documents the Workflow Step asks for, and it tells you exactly which ones and when. No courier envelopes full of guesses.

The honest caveats

A visa is issued by an embassy, not by us — an Application does not guarantee a visa, and requirements can change between intakes. What we can promise is that the paperwork we prepare is complete, the Workflow Step is legible, and a person answers when the process raises a question.

The short version

Pick your Study Program for the year you want — the visa follows from it. Compare the three tracks on the Study Programs section of the main page; when the year is decided, the Workflow takes it from there.
